Terms of Service

You may use LONGYURED for any lawful purpose. You may not use LONGYURED to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized commercial messages.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the proprietary AI routing, billing, or contract generation systems.
• Resell access to the platform without a written reseller agreement from Llewellyn Systems.
• Use automated scripts to scrape or overload the platform's infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Spark credits are the in-platform currency used for premium AI model calls, contract generation, and other metered features.

• Spark credits are non-refundable after use. If you purchase a credit bundle and use some credits, the unused portion may be refunded within 30 days of purchase at our discretion.
• Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase if unused.
• Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable to other accounts.

The LONGYURED UI shell — including the landing page, hub layout, Kanban board, Live Room embed, and component library — is released under the MIT license. A copy of the license is included in the GitHub repository at github.com/llewellynsystems/longyured.

The proprietary core (AI model routing, contract PDF generation, e-signature, Diary Intelligence, billing engine) is not covered by the MIT license and remains the exclusive property of Llewellyn Systems.

LONGYURED subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the following period, and you retain access until the period ends.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to your registered email address.

You own the content you create in LONGYURED — your ideas, contracts, diary entries, and AI conversations. You grant Llewellyn Systems a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Llewellyn Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of LONGYURED.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or LONGYURED shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of LONGYURED after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
