Privacy Policy

Account data: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and hashed password (or OAuth token if you sign in via Google).

Usage data: We collect usage events (pages visited, features used, Kanban card actions) in aggregate to improve the product. We do not sell this data.

Content data: Ideas, diary entries, contracts, and AI conversation history that you create inside LONGYURED are stored on Supabase PostgreSQL servers. You own this data.

Payment data:We do not store payment card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the LONGYURED platform.
• Authenticate your account and maintain sessions.
• Process subscription payments via Stripe.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, critical product updates).
• Respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your content to train AI models without explicit opt-in consent.

When you use the local AI inference mode (powered by Ollama), your prompts and AI responses are processed entirely on your machine or your self-hosted server. No AI conversation data is transmitted to LONGYURED or any third party in local mode.

When you use cloud AI models (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini), your prompts are sent to the respective provider under their terms of service. LONGYURED does not log or retain the content of cloud AI conversations beyond your session.

We retain your account data and content as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is purged from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and irreversible. Alternatively, email privacy@longyured.com and we will process the deletion within 5 business days.

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

LONGYURED is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email and by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
